“I had an amazing experience with the hair treatment at Dermamina. The service was truly five stars from start to finish. They are very professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease.”
Mesotherapy is a non-surgical technique that delivers specially formulated cocktails of vitamins, minerals and amino acids directly into the scalp.
Hair loss rarely has a single cause. Genetics, hormonal imbalance, reduced blood circulation, underlying health conditions and a lack of key nutrients all contribute. Mesotherapy targets several of those at once: the infusion stimulates blood circulation, delivers the right nutrients straight to where they are needed, and helps balance the environment around the follicle.
The cocktail is placed into the epidermis layer of the scalp using a very fine needle, in the areas where hair is thinning or receding. Delivering it directly, rather than relying on absorption from the surface or from the bloodstream, is what makes the difference. It encourages cell growth, improves microcirculation and maintains a healthy scalp environment that reduces the risk of irritation.
In practice the result is hair that falls less and grows back healthier, thicker and fuller. Most patients see a marked reduction in hair fall, which is often the first thing to change. It also supports hair growth in patients with alopecia, and there is no recovery time attached at all.
Two different ways of feeding the follicle. Most people do best alternating between them.

The combination of PRP and mesotherapy has been the most effective approach we offer for hair strengthening and regrowth, in men and women of all ages. PRP promotes healthy growth using your body's own natural growth factors. Mesotherapy supplies the nutrients the follicle needs to survive and strengthen. Used together you get both halves of the problem covered.
For an intensive plan we recommend a minimum of eight sessions alternating between the two. The first three mesotherapy sessions need to be a month apart, and if you are combining with PRP there should be a two-week gap between each appointment. Hair fall usually stops after the second treatment, with new growth typically starting two to three months later.
Book nowEvery appointment starts with a thorough consultation. We assess the hair and scalp with the hair analyser, identify what is driving the loss and build the cocktail and course around it. This assessment is free.
Come with clean, washed hair and no products, oils or hair systems in place. Treatment may not go ahead otherwise. Eat a meal and drink plenty of water beforehand.
The cocktail is injected into the scalp with one of the thinnest needles available, targeting the thinning areas. Injections take around 10 minutes and the appointment around 20. Numbing cream is available on request.
You can resume normal activities immediately, with no recovery period. For 24 hours after each treatment, avoid washing your hair or putting pressure on the scalp, including head massage and hairdressing, and keep the area free of sweat and dirt.
Mesotherapy suits people experiencing hair thinning, the early stages of hair loss, or anyone wanting to improve overall scalp health.
It is not ideal for those with advanced hair loss or complete baldness, because there needs to be a living follicle for the nutrients to reach. A consultation and hair analysis at Dermamina will confirm whether mesotherapy is the right treatment for you.
Courses of six are 10% off the single-session price. Final pricing is confirmed at your free consultation, with no obligation to proceed.
Every treatment is carried out in our Save Face accredited clinic on New Cavendish Street, five minutes from Oxford Street, by a medically qualified team.
Your appointment begins with a thorough consultation and scalp assessment. The treatment follows immediately after. The injections themselves last around 10 minutes and are carried out across the scalp to deeply hydrate and stimulate regrowth. You can go about your day as normal afterwards.
At Dermamina it is £180 per session. A course of six is discounted by 10% to £162 per session, or £972. Combined with PRP and LED it is £400 per session. Your hair analyser consultation is free.
For optimal results we recommend a minimum of eight intensive sessions alternating between mesotherapy and PRP. Hair loss usually stops after the second treatment, with new growth typically beginning two to three months later. The first three mesotherapy sessions need to be a month apart, and if combining with PRP there should be a two-week gap between appointments. Maintenance every three months sustains the benefit.
The needles used are among the thinnest available, which makes the procedure virtually painless. Local anaesthetic cream is available on request.

No. It is a minimally invasive and safe option, particularly compared with invasive surgical hair transplants, and is well tolerated by the scalp and surrounding tissue.
Eat a meal and drink plenty of water beforehand. Attend with freshly washed hair and no products, oils or hair systems in place, as treatment may not go ahead otherwise.
Anyone experiencing hair thinning, early-stage hair loss, or wanting improved scalp health. It is not ideal for advanced hair loss or complete baldness.
Mesotherapy nourishes the scalp, stimulates the follicles, reduces thinning and improves hair strength and density. It also boosts blood circulation, creating a better environment for regrowth.
Minimal and rare. Some people have slight redness, swelling or tenderness at the injection site, which is temporary and usually settles within a few hours.
Yes. Alternating mesotherapy with PRP optimises regrowth and scalp health, and it also pairs with exosomes and LaseMD Ultra. Your plan is tailored at your consultation.
