If a different, more suitable facial is decided during the consultation then we can change it on the day and go for the chosen treatment instead.
If you wish to end the appointment with a consultation only, you will only be charged the consultation fee.

How does it work?
Step 1. Consultation
All appointments begin with a personalised consultation that includes a full facial assessment by our expert therapist. The desired outcome and suitability of the treatment on the patient will be discussed, and then a tailored treatment plan is devised.
Step 2. Treatment
Treatment can take place right after the consultation, if a treatment was booked. Before we begin, we will prepare your face for your chosen facial and then slowly begin the bespoke experience.
Step 3. After Care
Following your treatment, you will be provided with a comprehensive post treatment care all tailored to your skins needs and facial treatment received.
