Your confirmation email is on its way, with your date, time and everything you need to know. If it has not landed within a few minutes, have a look in your junk folder.
Three small things between now and seeing you at the clinic.
It carries your date, time, treatment and the address. If it is not in your inbox shortly, check your junk folder before you call us.
We will be in touch ahead of your appointment, so it never sneaks up on you.
It gives you time to settle in and finish your paperwork without any rush at the start of your appointment.
Nothing complicated. Just a few things that make your visit run smoothly.
Arriving late can mean your treatment time is reduced, or that the appointment has to be rescheduled. Central London traffic being what it is, leave a little more room than you think you need.
If we have given you specific instructions to follow before your treatment, please stick to them. Where they have not been followed, the appointment may need to be moved.
If your health, medication or circumstances have changed since we last saw you, mention it when you arrive. Your clinician will go through everything with you before anything begins.

Check your junk or spam folder first, as it often lands there on the first booking. If it is genuinely not there, call us on 0207 099 6650 and we will confirm your appointment over the phone and resend it.

Call us as soon as you know. We will always do what we can, but where there is not enough time left to carry out your treatment safely, we may need to shorten it or rebook you.
