XERF is priced by the area treated rather than by the session, because the treatment is designed around a single visit. The table below is the current price list at our London clinic.
The headline figure is higher than most skin tightening treatments, and comparing it like for like needs one adjustment: most patients have one XERF treatment, not a course. Radiofrequency microneedling is normally sold as three or more sessions, so a per-session price of a few hundred pounds is not the real cost of the outcome.
The question worth asking any clinic is not "what is one session?" but "what will the whole plan cost, and how many visits is it?"
XERF works at two frequencies at once, 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz, and treats shallow, middle and deep layers in the same pass. That is the reason a single treatment is normally enough, and it is what the price reflects.
The consultation is £100, and it is fully redeemable against your treatment. If you go ahead, it comes off the price. It is a genuine assessment rather than a sales appointment: your clinician looks at your facial structure, skin firmness and priorities, and tells you whether XERF is the right treatment for what you want to change.
If it is not the right treatment, we will say so. That is worth more to you than a free consultation that only ever ends one way.
Three treatments can be added to a XERF appointment at a reduced price when they are booked together, because they are being done in the same visit: Korean Glass Skin, LaseMD Ultra and a course of EmFace. The reduced prices are shown in the table above.
Against the alternatives, XERF sits at the upper end on the day and nearer the middle over a year, because of the single-treatment protocol and because results generally hold for around a year before most patients consider maintenance. Treatments that need topping up more often, or that are sold in courses, close the gap.
